One Of The Best Hotel Stay In Kolkata, Hotel Is Very Well Designed, Staff Is Very Professional, Restaurant Is Very GooD & Food Is Very Tasty Also A Breakfast Is Very GooD.
Actually nothing . Staff beahvioyr was excellent as I know the management a bit.
The biggest room in the hotel was not big enough for me. The bathroom was as tiny as a flight bathroom and the interiors were quite uncomplimenting as well. The space inside the shower area was not enough to accomodate a man of 94 kgs like me whereas most bengalis exceed that parameter by atleast 10-15 Kgs. So it is a very uncomfortable hotel for people who are well bodied and should only accomodate slim and size zero people. Not at all comfortable and the service was not to die foe either. I had to leave after a few hours as I realised it was not somewhere I wanted to spend my night at. Highly not recommended for any purpose whatsoever not even for a few hours.
